Final Fantasy - GameBoy Edition

Final Fantasy for the GameBoy

Initially released in December 1987 for the Nintendo Famicom (NES), Final Fantasy has been officially released for many systems but an actual port on the GameBoy never arrived... Until today!

At the time of writing, this port is mostly code complete and is in need of play testing.

The builder utility requires Windows and an active internet connection.
This title is not for sale. It is available for free for those that own Final Fantasy (USA) for the NES. You will need to provide Final Fantasy (USA).NES in the builder utility.

When generating the ROM, a unique ID, your WAN IP, and the current time and date will be permanently stamped into the game.

Do not distribute the ROM generated by the cartridge builder, this belongs to you only.

Claude Opus 5.5 was used to generate this cartridge builder utility that is available for download.
